Your registration details should be handled with care.

What we collect

We collect the name, WhatsApp number, email address, city, psychology journey stage, qualification, interest response, optional programme question, consent choices, and basic campaign/referrer information submitted with registration.

Do not include confidential, identifying, diagnostic, or clinical information about clients or patients.

How we use it

Your information is used to register you, prepare the live cohort, send essential links and reminders, understand the stages represented in the room, and support authorised follow-up by the Zoechea team.

Cohort and optional marketing email

Essential cohort communication is tied to the required registration consent. Future programme announcements are sent only when you select the separate optional marketing consent.

Retention and protection

Active registration records are retained for up to 24 months by default. Deleted records are removed through the retention process. Administrative access is restricted, and configuration secrets and logs remain outside the public web directory.

Your choices

You may ask to review, correct, or delete your registration details and withdraw optional marketing consent by emailing anuevacj@zoecheaacademy.com.
