Questions, answered plainly
Know exactly what you are joining.
Registration, learning scope, eligibility, participation, and realistic expectations are explained here without inflated promises or vague language.
Registration and schedule
Confirmation, WhatsApp, batch timing, and the weekly format.
01 How do I know whether my registration is confirmed?
After submitting the registration form, you will see a confirmation page and receive an email from anuevacj@zoecheaacademy.com with your available session details and next steps.
Check Spam, Junk, and Promotions if the message is not in your main inbox.
02 Do I need to join the WhatsApp group?
Yes. The official group is used for the practical communication surrounding your cohort.
- Session links and reminders
- Schedule updates
- Activities and resources
- Important cohort announcements
Use only the group link shown after registration or sent in your confirmation email.
03 Is the cohort online or offline?
The cohort is conducted online through Google Meet, so you can participate from anywhere in India.
No travel is required unless a separate offline event is specifically announced.
04 When will the programme begin?
The start date, weekly schedule, time, and Google Meet details for the active batch are shown after registration and repeated by email.
Any later change will also be communicated through email and the official WhatsApp group.
05 Are sessions held every day?
No. Private Practice Launchpad is a four-week cohort with one live learning session each week unless your batch information clearly states otherwise.
06 Is the session timing fixed?
The announced time is fixed for that batch. It may not be possible to change it around individual college, work, internship, or workshop schedules.
Future batches may use different timings.
What the cohort covers
Practice foundations, direction, boundaries, and the next practical step.
07 What will the cohort cover?
The four weeks introduce the wider professional foundations surrounding psychology practice.
- Professional identity, networking, and the circle of trust
- Referral relationships and collaborations
- Niche, positioning, and practice clarity
- Visibility, leads, enquiries, and initial consultations
- Different psychology career and practice pathways
- A sustainable private-practice roadmap and focused 90-day next step
The purpose is to help you see the wider practice ecosystem and identify what deserves attention next.
08 Will the cohort teach therapy modalities?
No. This is not therapy-modality training.
It does not train participants in therapeutic approaches, assessments, diagnosis, or clinical interventions.
09 Does the cohort include clinical supervision?
No. Private Practice Launchpad is not a substitute for clinical supervision.
Continue to seek appropriate supervision for clinical work and client-specific decisions.
10 Is this a certification course?
No. This is an introductory live learning cohort, not a professional certification course.
It does not provide a licence, clinical qualification, or authorisation to practise psychology.
11 Will I receive a participation certificate?
The cohort is not positioned as a certification programme. Any participation acknowledgement offered for a particular batch will be communicated separately.
Do not assume participation provides a professional credential.
Fees and who can attend
Cost, participant fit, students, and practitioners at different stages.
12 Is there a fee?
No. The announced four-week Private Practice Launchpad cohort is free to attend.
Any optional future programme, service, membership, or continuation opportunity will be explained separately and transparently. There is no obligation to purchase anything.
13 Is this an internship or job opportunity?
No. This is not an internship, employment role, placement, or stipend-based programme.
It is a learning cohort about private-practice growth concepts and the wider professional ecosystem.
14 Will participants receive a stipend?
No. A stipend is not provided because this is not an internship or employment programme.
15 Who can attend?
The cohort is primarily designed for people building a psychology career or practice.
- Undergraduate and postgraduate psychology students
- Psychology graduates and qualified professionals
- Early-career therapists and freelance psychologists
- Psychologists considering or growing a private practice
- Adjacent mental-health professionals when the material is relevant
Participation does not qualify anyone without the required education or training to represent themselves as a psychologist.
16 Can undergraduate psychology students attend?
Yes. Undergraduate students can attend to understand possible professional pathways and the foundations surrounding private practice.
The cohort does not authorise students to practise beyond their qualifications, competence, or applicable professional boundaries.
17 I already have clients. Will this still be useful?
Yes. You can use the cohort to examine the practice around your clinical work.
- Positioning and niche
- Referral relationships
- How clients currently discover you
- Enquiry and consultation pathways
- Your next practice-growth milestone
The material is foundational, but participants can reflect on it from their own stage of experience.
18 Will this help me position myself more clearly as a psychologist?
The cohort can help you think more clearly about strengths, niche, professional identity, practice direction, and communication.
Clear positioning also develops through ethical practice, continued learning, supervision where required, consistent implementation, and real professional experience.
Sessions and learning materials
Facilitation, attendance, recordings, resources, and late joining.
19 What should I expect from the cohort?
Expect a reflective and interactive live learning space.
You will work with concepts, frameworks, questions, and simple implementation activities. There are no formal examinations.
20 Who will facilitate the sessions?
The core sessions are facilitated by Anu Eva C J, Founder of Zoechea Academy.
Any guest mentor, psychologist, or additional facilitator will be announced before the relevant session.
21 What if I miss a session because I am sick or have an emergency?
Live attendance is strongly encouraged because the cohort includes interaction, reflection, and group learning.
For a genuine emergency, inform the team through the official channel, complete any shared activity, and attend the remaining sessions consistently.
22 Will recordings be available?
Do not register assuming recordings will be provided.
If a recording, outline, or reference resource is available for a session, it will be communicated through email or the WhatsApp group.
23 Will study materials be provided?
Relevant outlines, worksheets, reflection activities, or reference material may be shared.
These resources support the live sessions and do not replace participation.
24 Can I join after the cohort has started?
Late joining depends on whether registration for that batch is still open.
If the active cohort is too far into the programme, registration will close instead of collecting another waitlist.
25 How many people will be in the cohort?
The number may vary by batch. The intention is to maintain a group learning environment where participants can listen, reflect, and contribute.
Any capacity limit will be communicated honestly rather than through an artificial countdown.
Continuation and expectations
Future opportunities, collaboration, honest intent, and realistic outcomes.
26 Will there be opportunities to continue with Zoechea after the cohort?
There may be future learning, community, collaboration, partner, or implementation opportunities for interested and aligned participants.
These are not guaranteed and will be discussed separately. Joining this cohort does not create an obligation to continue.
27 Can an organisation or mental-health platform collaborate with Zoechea?
Possible institutional or community collaborations can be discussed separately.
The public registration form is intended for individual participants unless an organisational collaboration has been formally agreed.
28 What is the honest intention behind offering this cohort?
The intention is to introduce psychology students and professionals to areas of professional growth that are often missing from formal education.
Zoechea also wants to understand the real needs and questions of psychologists while building a stronger learning and professional community.
29 Can the cohort guarantee clients, income, or a successful private practice?
No. The cohort can provide clarity, frameworks, reflection, and direction.
Results depend on qualifications, competence, ethics, consistency, implementation, location, audience, experience, professional relationships, and time. No specific client or income result is guaranteed.
30 What do I need to do after registering?
